Refund and Returns Policy

At QUANTRIX BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES Limited (“QUANTRIX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, upon verification of the issue.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at honghuang2001@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or video showing the item condition (required for defective items)

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over HKD 500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at honghuang2001@gmail.com.
